Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Evolve Social Work Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals facing mental health challenges in the context of substance abuse recovery through evidence-based practices.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that utilize solution-focused, best practice interventions.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically designed to address substance use disorders.
• Maintaining meticulous and compliant clinical documentation to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment plans for all patients.
• Educational outreach to patients and their families about available mental health and substance abuse resources.
• Staying abreast of current research and integrating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.
• Managing a full caseload while meeting treatment goals and adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population comprised of individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. These clients may also present with co-occurring mental health issues, necessitating a nuanced understanding of both substance abuse recovery and comprehensive mental health care. Your role will be crucial in guiding them through their recovery journey and helping them achieve sustained well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience with a focus on substance abuse therapy and mental health interventions.
• Proficient understanding of solution-driven therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in evidence-based psychiatric interventions and familiarity with digital practice tools will be highly regarded. Experience in community health settings is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a desirable salary, our benefits package includes:
