  • Tuition assistance

Lifetime Insurance Services and Switch Insurance group is a rapidly growing Independent Insurance Agency specializing in Auto, Home, Life, Commercial and Business Insurance located in Shelby Twp. We have moved into our newly built office, acquired additional carriers and are looking to hire additional Insurance Agents.
Being an independent insurance agent gives you access to multiple carriers when quoting, which gives us a 10x higher likelihood of saving someone money compared to an agency that only represents 1 carrier. We are too busy to keep up some days with the requests for insurance quotes. We do not rely on cold calling or bugging people for insurance quotes. We provide the leads that have been requested, and our clients stay with our agency for many years as we have the ability to replace them with a different carrier if their rates ever increase beyond what is reasonable.
We provide training and advancement opportunities. Our ideal future agent would be someone who embraces technology to become more effective and willing to learn, grow and excel in the industry. We are looking for someone who is excited and hungry, (mildly competitive) and has a great sense of humor as we like to laugh a lot. New office, new opportunities, a fun and exciting work environment. We just need the right agent to join our team and continue to break records.
Our agency was one of the top 25 agencies in the nation* and was awarded the Rising Stars award** and we have only improved from there with some key carrier acquisitions to further add to our growing list of carriers.
*Progressive awarded us as one of the top 25 agencies in the nation
**Citizens of Hanover awarded us the Rising Stars award for Eastern Michigan.

Flexible work from home options available.
