We are seeking an Insurance Service Representative to join our team. This role combines new business development with customer service responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients, and contributing to agency growth. You'll assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and service requests while also identifying opportunities to recommend additional coverage and generate new business. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to develop expertise in specialized areas of insurance, including commercial insurance, while building valuable industry experience and expanding your career opportunities.

  • Base pay of $43,600 with expected first-year income between $45,000 - $50,000 through bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and relationship-building
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, and service requests
  • Support renewal efforts and help maintain strong client retention
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products
  • Process policy changes and maintain accurate client records
  • Learn and develop expertise in specialty areas such as commercial insurance

Requirements
  • Active Arizona Property & Casualty License required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Strong sales aptitude and confidence discussing coverage options
  • Comfortable learning agency systems, CRM platforms, and insurance software
  • Honest, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
