We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Rep who thrives in a customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who values culture, growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. You will enjoy a competitive base salary based on experience, plus profit sharing, agency-sponsored trips, and world-class insurance coaching and mentorship. Candidates can make between $30,000 and $36,000 per year, with annual salary increase potential for top performers.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound calls with professionalism and genuine care for every policyholder.
  • Communicate with policyholders via phone, text, and email, always ensuring top-notch service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and their families.
  • Complete administrative and agency tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments for policyholders and manage calendars.
  • Handwrite thoughtful cards to policyholders, showing our appreciation and commitment.
  • Assist policyholders with all of their needs, consistently exceeding their expectations.

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty License preferred. Licensing Assistance Available.
  • Positive, empathetic attitude with a personable approach.
  • High moral standards and ethical values.
  • Coachable, driven, and motivated to grow within a high-performance team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in English required for client communication and written reporting.
