Universal Insurance Agents is seeking licensed 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance Agents who are ready to make a real impact while earning a base salary, commissions, bonuses, and long-term residual income, this is the opportunity for you! This is a structured, performance-driven Medicare sales role with base pay, uncapped commission, bonuses, and long-term residual income.

If you are confident on the phone, disciplined in your follow-up, and serious about building a real book of business, we want to speak with you.

What You’ll Do

  • Work inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Educate seniors on Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and ancillary products
  • Match clients with top-rated carriers using a compliant, needs-based approach
  • Maintain and service your book for long-term retention
  • Meet daily activity and performance benchmarks
  • Contribute to a high-accountability, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

✔ Active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License
✔ Previous Medicare sales experience preferred
✔ Strong closing skills and comfort handling objections
✔ Professional, confident phone presence
✔ Highly organized and tech-proficient
✔ Full-time availability and in-office commitment
