We’re looking for a dynamic, and results drive Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager to lead our performing team of unlicensed and licensed agents. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving sales performance, mentoring talent, and ensuring our members receive exceptional service and coverage.

Hire Date: August 24, 2026

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Work Schedule: 5 day schedule (4 weekdays and 1 weekend day)

11:30am-8:00pm or 10:30am-7pm (must be flexible to business needs)

Work Requirements:

  • This position requires candidates to maintain primary residence within the AAA Northeast footprint (RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ, NH).
  • Eligibility for this role is contingent upon residency within the AAA Northeast footprint (RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ, NH).
  • 100% remote position 
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Demonstrate strategic ownership, accountability, and ability to lead a remote team with minimal oversight

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience with proven success
  • Minimum of 6 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of sales success including cross-selling

Licensing:

  • Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire
  • Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year
