About the opportunity...

As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for the administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales.ย  Specifically:

  • contact customers who express interest through our automated lead system
  • book appointments for those clients with appropriate sales consultants
  • track and follow up with clients and provide information as requested
  • record and track vehicle transactions and deliveries utilizing the dealership management systemย 

About you...

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration, including:

  • 1 to 2 years proven experience inย customer service or call centre in retail sales
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • valid OMVIC license
  • proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds) is an asset
  • working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • strong organizational skills and follow up abilities
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
