Overview

As a Sales Assistant, your number one customer is the Loan Officer and will be assisting them from the beginning of the application to closing. You will be working closely with processors and the applicants throughout the entire loan process. To succeed in this role, you will need to create raving fans by having strong communication skills and be passionate about providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager. The duties for the Assistant include, but are not limited to, those described below
  • Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing
  • Assigns loan files
  • Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed
  • Splits and stacks loan docs
  • Provides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor
  • Departmental filing
  • Performs variety of PTF functions including but not limited to VOE, VOM, VOD
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience)
  • Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient
  • High school diploma or equivalent
