Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and working existing leads.


  • Conduct insurance needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate personal lines coverages (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.).


  • Generate and present quotes from various carriers to offer competitive options.


  • Educate clients on coverage options, exclusions, and the value of appropriate limits and endorsements.


  • Close sales by overcoming objections and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.


  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential clients.


  • Cross-sell additional policies such as auto with home, or umbrella coverage with homeowners.


  • Track and report sales performance to meet or exceed individual and agency targets.


  • Stay informed about underwriting guidelines, carrier appetites, and policy changes.


  • Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and documentation standards.

  • Prior Sales Experience.
