About The Role
The Inforce Service Administrator/Reception role offers a variety of responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who 'gets' customer service and is looking for a challenging role in a fun environment. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers (Life Insurance Advisors) and carriers (Life Insurance Companies) through seamless customer service and support.

What You'll Do

  • Liaise between policyholder, advisors and insurance carriers

  • Handle a variety of service inquiries throughout the lifecycle of a life insurance policy

  • Maintain an understanding of the different Insurance Carriers' inforce-related processes

  • Exercise sound judgement when providing administrative support and guidance

  • Light reception duties including greeting walk-ins, mail handling, ordering supplies, and other miscellaneous office responsibilities

What You'll Need for Success

  • A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistently

  • Clear written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide optimal solutions

  • Previous life insurance industry experience

  • Financial industry knowledge an asset

  • Practical experience with MS Office Suite and online meeting platforms

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
