You will lead end-to-end People Risk engagements—from shaping the approach to delivering high-quality outcomes—while balancing client service excellence, quality, and risk management. You will communicate complex information clearly and effectively through well-crafted deliverables and by facilitating executive-level discussions and working sessions, while contributing to the growth of both your own capabilities and the People Risk practice.
Some examples of day-to-day activities include:
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients on People Risk priorities, supporting informed and responsible decision-making
- Leading engagement teams and contributing to the development of team members in an inclusive and supportive environment
- Conducting current-state assessments of strategy, governance, policies, processes, and controls related to people risk, and tailoring approaches to the client context

- Accessibility
- Equity-centered customer experience design
- Ethics, culture, and conduct risk
- Human rights
- Psychological health and safety

- prevention, psychological health and safety, talent and workforce risk, social impact etc.), with the ability to apply this knowledge in different contexts
- You have experience leading complex projects, managing workplans and budgets, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- You are an inclusive people leader who values coaching, development, and building collaborative, high-performing teams
- You bring a consulting mindset, including structured problem-solving, clear and effective communication, and the ability to manage risk, scope, and timelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in consulting or a related field (e.g., human resources, DEIA, risk management), with demonstrated depth in relevant People Risk areas
- Experience leading client engagements and contributing to business development, including supporting pursuits, building relationships, or shaping proposals
- Ability to deliver strong client service by working collaboratively and supporting consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet commitments
- Ability to build trusted relationships and positively influence clients and teams
- Interest in people risks, including staying current with evolving practices, regulations, and client needs
- Ability to align work to broader organizational governance and risk management considerations and client priorities
- Relevant professional designations (e.g., risk, audit, HR, DEI, accessibility) are an asset, along with a commitment to continuous learning
- We value diverse perspectives and experiences, and encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences
