About the Role:Responsible for the strategic coordination and execution of client marketing, servicing, risk management, and/or sales activities. Manage abook of business, increase account retention, and resolve complex customer service problems. Activelyseekto grow IOA business byidentifyingand acting onsales opportunities, andserve as a resource to the account team and Producers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct daily activities and workflow of the account team.

  • Technical Competence:Maintainhigh technical competence and industryexpertise.

  • Discretion and Judgment: Ensure beneficial outcomes using discretion and judgment.

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, conduct meetings, and close business.

  • Communication: Act as a communicationconduitbetween Producers and the account team.

  • Customer Service and Account Management: Manage account activities, policy administration, billing, claims, and more.

  • Policy Management: Manage policy expirations and renewals.

  • New Business and Renewal Process: Conduct research, gather information, prepare submissions, and bind coverage.

  • Accounts Receivable: Monitor reports and collect outstanding balances.

  • System Maintenance:Maintaindata accuracy in agency management systems.

  • Activity Monitoring: Ensuretimelycompletion of activities.

  • Service Excellence: Deliver excellent service,anticipateneeds, and respond quickly to requests.

  • Policy Compliance:Stay updated on company policies and procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement:Seekand adoptbestpractices to improve individual and team performance.

Ideal CandidateQualifications:

  • 5+ years ofindustryexperience, or7yearsof sales, marketing, or relationship management experience

  • Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs

  • Experiencetoservice and support large, complex accounts

  • Required active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Exceptional customer service,communication,multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Proficiencyin MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
