Job description

Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize superior insurance knowledge and sales skills? If you enjoy developing long-term relationships, constantly challenging yourself, and have a desire to make a difference in people's lives, we would like to talk to you! Our growing Independent Insurance & Financial Services firm is seeking to add an Insurance Sales Agent to our Team! This is an on-site position that offers flexibility, work-life balance, and the opportunity to earn a competitive commission-based income.
What you'll do:
  • Follow up on leads provided and gather documents needed to complete insurance review (no cold calling)
  • Collaborate with our back-office support team to create insurance proposals for each new prospective client
  • Insurance sales presentations for both new and existing clients
  • Complete annual reviews of existing clientele policies
  • Track and report weekly and/or monthly sales progress

Experience you'll bring:
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Property & Casualty licensed

Bonus Points:
  • Skilled with technology including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of property & casualty insurance coverages
  • Professionalism and business acumen
