Responsibilities Generate new business through provided leads, referrals, and prospecting activities.
Cross-sell existing customers and uncover additional protection opportunities.
Conduct professional insurance reviews and needs analyses.
Follow our proven sales process from discovery through close.
Build long-term customer relationships through education and trusted advice.
Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Represent a respected national brand while serving the local community.
Requirements Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Excellent communication skills
