As a Customer Service Sales Account Representative, you will:

  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, renewals, and general account servicing.
  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their changing needs.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities by educating clients about additional insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance.
  • Generate referrals through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Build long-term client relationships by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on outstanding service requests.
  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures.
  • Contribute to individual and agency performance goals through a combination of excellent service and account growth.


Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Previous customer service experience (insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred).
  • Sales experience or a willingness to develop sales skills through relationship-based conversations.
  • Active Ohio Property Casualty License (required before starting; licensing assistance may be available).
  • Active Ohio Life Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Series 6 license is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
