RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations
  • Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention 
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance
  • Ability to be part of a Team focused environment and support meeting agency goals 
  • Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Complete two pre-employment assessments about 30 mins each.  
  • 5 years work experience
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to produce results
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Md State insurance licensing required
