Job Description – Retention/Growth Specialist

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Wheaton, MD is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Wheaton, MD - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. (One Remote Day (Thursdays).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call prospects to offer them State Farm Products

  • Call ex-customers to offer them the opportunity to come back to State Farm

  • Call existing customers to schedule appointments

  • Gather customer data for quotes: Auto, Homeowners, and Life Insurance

  • Follow up with customers to obtain documents for Auto, Homeowners and Life Policies

  • Send mailers to customers to market State Farm Products

  • File client data

  • Fax documents to clients

  • Run Internal and external Marketing/Referrals Campaigns with New and existing Business Owners and clients

  • Complete other tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • Required bilingual English and Spanish

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
