ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and continues to grow as we look to expand our team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as a professional umpire and later worked with several insurance agents, gaining valuable experience before starting my own agency.
I’m a graduate of Kansas State University and a proud parent of five daughters and grandparent to six. Family is a big part of my life, and that carries into how I build and support our team. We stay involved in the community by supporting local causes and donating to golf tournaments and events around town.
For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, health benefits, a Simple IRA, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Our office culture is supportive, team-oriented, and built on trust. I’m not a micromanager—I believe in giving people ownership of their role while supporting each other along the way. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and a true team player who wants to grow and succeed with us.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
