About the Role:
Join Rytech of Raleigh as a Lead Restoration Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses affected by fire, water, and mold damage. We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop action plans for restoration.
  • Manage and train a team of restoration technicians.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters as needed.
Requirements:
