What is an insurance restoration project manager?

Insurance Restoration Project Managers are professionals who oversee construction and repair projects that result from damage covered by insurance claims, such as those caused by fire, water, storms, or other disasters. They act as the main point of contact between property owners, insurance adjusters, and contractors, ensuring that restoration work meets industry standards and is completed on time and within budget. Their responsibilities include assessing damage, estimating costs, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements. Ultimately, they help property owners restore their homes or businesses after an insured loss.

What are some common challenges faced by an insurance restoration project manager during the claims process?

Insurance Restoration Project Managers often encounter challenges such as coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including insurance adjusters, property owners, and subcontractors, to ensure everyone is aligned on project scope and timelines. Why We Exist

At our core, we believe in meeting people in their time of need so they can focus on what matters.

When disaster strikes—whether from water, fire, storm, or unexpected damage—our customers are often overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next. Our job is to bring clarity, confidence, and craftsmanship into chaotic moments.

We don’t just restore properties—we restore peace of mind. And that starts with the people on our team.

We live our values every day:

  • Always Growing — We pursue knowledge, sharpen our skills, and continuously improve.
  • Do the Right Thing — We act with integrity, even when no one is watching.
  • No Jerks — We treat teammates, customers, and partners with respect. Culture matters.
  • Pride in Everything — From communication to craftsmanship, we take ownership of our work.

If those values resonate with you, you’ll fit right in.

  • Develop and submit change orders as needed
  • Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and records

  • Projects are completed with craftsmanship and pride
  • Problems are addressed early—before they become bigger issues
