Job description

Credit Resolution Specialist III
LHH is seeking an experienced Credit Resolution Specialist III to join their growing revenue cycle team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in medical billing, cash posting, payment reconciliation, and account resolution who enjoys solving complex reimbursement issues.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze and resolve credit balance accounts
  • Review payments, adjustments, and reimbursement activity
  • Research account discrepancies and identify true balances
  • Prepare and process patient and insurance refunds
  • Communicate with payers and patients to gather necessary account information
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare billing guidelines and regulations
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of medical billing, collections, payment posting, or accounts receivable experience
  • Strong understanding of credits, refunds, and reimbursement processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and general computer proficiency
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage strict deadlines
  • Experience reconciling accounts and researching payment variances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • Cash posting and refund processing background
  • Some college coursework preferred
  • Experience with GE Centricity is a plus (training available)
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • Typical hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Two-week paid training conducted during daytime business hours
