Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, Checking insurances (Must know how to check all kinds of insurances or get training for it), and greeting patients when they arrive at the clinic.
The receptionist may also be responsible for:
  • Making appointments for patients.
  • Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges.
  • Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
