Quote Specialist
Location: Riverside
Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000/yr.
Schedule: Onsite from 8am - 5pm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quote Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing accurate and timely cost quotations to support our sales and business development efforts. Ideal candidates will have a solid finance, business or engineering background, combined with strong costing or pricing development experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare accurate, competitive, and timely quotes for custom vehicle builds and client specifications.
  • Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs in coordination with engineering and production teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Engineering departments to ensure pricing accuracy and margin targets.
  • Maintain costing models and update them based on material or process changes.
  • Interface with dealers and customers to understand technical requirements and pricing expectations.
  • Track quote performance and assist in quote-to-order conversion analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement in costing and quoting processes.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in costing, pricing, quote analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP and quoting systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.
  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
  • Experience in Medium and Heavy Duty Bus, Truck, or RV Manufacturers

Work Environment:
This is an onsite position based in Riverside, CA and requires being 100% onsite.
