Job description

Client is seeking a Senior E2E QA Lead to lead the cross\-functional quality strategy for a major transformation program focused on integrating Guidewire ClaimCenter with the internal ecosystem. The role requires expertise in both QA governance (strategy, test plans, KPIs, reporting) and field execution (UAT BI, defects, traceability, artifacts). The candidate must have direct knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims processes; industry\-specific abstractions are insufficient in this context.

The ideal candidate will have cross\-functional leadership skills rather than technical expertise in automation.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to fill the role of "Senior E2E QA Lead / Cross\-functional Quality Manager" who has experience leading major projects, including strategy, quality assurance, and test execution within a significant transformation program involving the integration of Guidewire ClaimCenter with the internal ecosystem.

As the project is being carried out in collaboration with an IT integrator, the vendor, and our business unit, and given that the majority of these individuals are English\-speaking, the working language of the project is primarily English. A high level of proficiency is required for understanding, speaking, reading, and written communication. Ultimately, the candidate must be fully functional in both English and French, as some aspects of the project remain exclusively in French.
