Job description

Job Overview
Oversee & coordinate assigned QA program in support of customer accounts, functional accounts, audit and inspection program, or QA quality management system at a regional and/or global level. Provide support to management with insights, analyses and support in the assessment and promotion of compliance with regulations, guidelines, and operating procedures, risk identification and mitigation, quality, process, productivity/efficiency improvement initiatives . Manage the quality assurance oversight of projects, assignments, training and staff.

Essential Functions
Provide guidance, interpretation, support, training, and key input to development groups for consultation and interpretation of regulations, guidelines, corporate standards, and policies.
Oversee and participate in the documentation, reporting, and closure of compliance issues.
Organize and deliver training to other IQVIA departments concerning the activities of Quality services, results of activities, quality initiatives, GXP etc.
Ensure the follow-up of major and critical audit findings to ensure that appropriate actions have been taken and have adequately resolved the issues identified.
Evaluate policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations/guidelines and provide recommendations to management for continuous process improvements.
Serve as author of Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs) as assigned.
Advise Quality Assurance management on system audit needs.
Ensure the Quality Assurance database is maintained and up-to-date to reflect the status of audits being scheduled, auditor assignment and audit reporting and/or follow-up status.
Host customer audits, mock regulatory inspections, and regulatory facility inspections as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Pref
7 years Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes and regulatory environments.
Considerable knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving, risk analysis and negotiation skills.
Exceptional training capabilities.
Effective organization, communication, team orientation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently with initiative.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Fournir des orientations, des interpretations, un soutien, des formations et des contributions cles aux groupes de developpement, a des fins de consultation et d'interpretation des reglements, des lignes directrices, des normes d'entreprise et des politiques.
Superviser et participer a la documentation, a la declaration et a la cloture des problemes de conformite.
Organiser et dispenser des formations aux autres departements d'IQVIA concernant les activites des services Qualite, les resultats de ces activites, les initiatives qualite, les Bonnes Pratiques (GxP), etc.
Faire le suivi des constatations d'audit majeures et critiques afin de s'assurer que des mesures appropriees ont ete prises et qu'elles ont permis de resoudre adequatement les problemes identifies.
Evaluer les politiques et les procedures afin d'en verifier la conformite aux reglementations et lignes directrices applicables, et formuler des recommandations a la direction en vue d'une amelioration continue des processus.
Rediger les Procedures operationnelles normalisees (SOP) d'assurance qualite, selon les attributions.
Conseiller la direction de l'assurance qualite sur les besoins en matiere d'audits de systemes.
Veiller a ce que la base de donnees d'assurance qualite soit tenue a jour et maintenue en bon etat, afin de refleter l'etat d'avancement de la planification des audits, l'affectation des auditeurs, ainsi que l'etat des rapports d'audit et/ou de leur suivi.
Accueillir les audits clients, les inspections reglementaires simulees et les inspections reglementaires des installations, selon les besoins.

Qualifications
Diplome universitaire de premier cycle (baccalaureat/baccalaureat) - Souhaite.
7 ans d'experience en assurance de la qualite dans les domaines pharmaceutique, technique ou connexe. Combinaison equivalente d'etudes, de formations et d'experience professionnelle.
Maitrise des logiciels de traitement de texte, de feuilles de calcul et de bases de donnees.
Connaissance approfondie des processus de recherche et developpement pharmaceutiques ainsi que des environnements reglementaires associes.
Connaissance approfondie des processus et procedures d'assurance qualite.
Solides competences interpersonnelles.
Excellentes competences en resolution de problemes, en analyse des risques et en negociation.
Capacites exceptionnelles en matiere de formation et de pedagogie.
Competences demontrees en organisation, communication, esprit d'equipe et leadership.
