We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead delivery across the Corporate and Commercial Banking & Credit Risk (CCB&CR) Technology portfolio.

The CCB&CR suite of applications function to support the end-to-end client journey of prospecting, onboarding, credit review, risk assessment, deal setup, funding, servicing and reporting. This role is accountable for driving complex technology initiatives across a highly integrated, regulated ecosystem, operating at scale across multiple in-house platforms, vendor applications, and business domains.

The role is Technologyled, with responsibility for execution rigor, delivery governance, financial discipline, and risk management across enterprisecritical systems.

In partnering with Senior Technology Officers, Business Analysts and Developers, Technology PMs lead a mix of development and enhancement initiatives, infrastructure and platform currency work, mandatory or regulatory projects, and platform modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project schedule/plan and own the endtoend delivery of large, complex technology initiatives across CCB&CR from initiation through closure.
  • Drive execution across multiple teams which can include in-house application teams, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, data, operations, and external vendors, while actively managing crossplatform dependencies and integration risks.
  • Apply deep understanding of PDLC and SDLC to structure project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, including project charters, integrated schedules, RAID logs, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Proactively identify and manage technology, regulatory, and operational risks in a highly controlled banking environment, ensuring alignment with enterprise PMO and compliance standards.
  • Own financial management for initiatives, including budget planning, forecasting, vendor spend, and reconciliation across teams.
  • Act as the primary delivery interface for Technology leadership, providing clear, tailored communication to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Partner with Business and Operations teams to ensure technology solutions are productionready, scalable, and support endtoend client and employee journeys.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability, resolving delivery issues decisively and adapting plans as portfolio priorities, funding, or technology direction evolves.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project management experience - 6 to 8 years.
  • Proven Tech PM experience delivering large, complex technology initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Strong, practical knowledge of Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience owning initiatives endtoend across multiple platforms, teams, and vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to construct and operate within delivery governance frameworks
  • Strong financial rigor, including experience managing project budgets and forecasts
  • Clear, adaptable communication skills across engineering, leadership, and business audiences
  • Handson experience with PM artifacts (RAID logs, schedules, charters, status reporting)
  • Strong conflict resolution and issue navigation skills
  • Proficiency with PM tools (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Commercial Lending, Credit risk, or Banking platforms
  • PM certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting cloud, data, or AIenabled initiatives
  • Experience working effectively in a hybrid, distributed delivery environment

Salary:

$86,000.00 - $160,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
