POSITION OVERVIEW

OpenEye, The Cloud Video Platform, an innovator in the design and development of cloud-centric software solutions for commercial video management systems, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our growing Marketing team in the Liberty Lake, WA office.  

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead OpenEye's program sponsorships, content syndication campaigns, and third-party partnerships to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for OpenEye. In addition to managing marketing programs, this role will provide hands-on support for ongoing website management in WordPress, helping ensure our website content, campaign landing pages, and digital experiences remain current, accurate, and aligned with marketing initiatives.

This creative and team-oriented person will be a key member of OpenEye's marketing department and will play a leading role in implementing our marketing initiatives through our media sponsorship and website efforts. This individual contributor role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategy for marketing programs, including content syndication programs and sponsored webinars to support OpenEye's Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation and revenue growth goals, including identification of new sponsorship vendors and evaluation of program ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop marketing messaging, collateral and digital experiences as needed to support campaign development.
  • Work with the event and content teams to identify areas of media sponsorship synergy at our OpenEye sponsored events to help elevate our brand awareness and event presence.
  • Manage the budget tied to OpenEye's program sponsorships, as well as manage relationships with sponsorship vendors, and partner associations.
  • Support ongoing website management in WordPress, including updating and publishing content, building or modifying campaign landing pages, coordinating site enhancements, and ensuring website content aligns with current marketing programs and branding guidelines.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to help maintain website accuracy, performance, and usability, and assist with troubleshooting or coordinating updates as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of related marketing experience.
  • 10% travel may be required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital campaigns, vendor relations and associated budgets.
  • Experience with helping manage websites and using WordPress.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce and/Pardot desired though not required.
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from development to completion.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and adaptability required.
