Job description

Program Manager (PM)
Nightwing is seeking a Program Manager (PM) who will serve as the Government's primary point of contact (POC) for all matters related to contract performance. The PM shall be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors, in support of this contract.
The PM shall facilitate effective communication between the Government and Nightwing, employ industry best practices and proven project management methodologies to track, manage, and document contract requirements and performance activities, and ensure continuous visibility into project status through monitoring and reporting mechanisms. The PM shall ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with (IAW) the requirements of this contract.
The PM shall be accountable for the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of theNightwing's performance and shall support the Government in executing applicable financial and business management processes, excluding inherently governmental functions. The PM shall possess the authority to act on behalf of the Nightwing, including the authority to make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments; commit Nightwing resources and organizational support; and proactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, schedule, staffing, or resource-related risks and limitations that may impact contract performance.
Minimum Qualifications
The designated PM shall possess the following qualifications:
  • Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
  • Within the past ten (10) years, experience managing a program or project of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
  • Within the past five (5) years, experience planning, overseeing, and determining workforce requirements for projects of similar size and complexity, involving diverse technical disciplines, labor categories, and skill sets.
  • Within the past five (5) years, experience conducting contract financial management and performance monitoring, including the development, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Salary & Benefits
Text Constant The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
