Job description

About this role:

We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the execution and operational management of CarePath's partnerships. This role serves as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and strategic partners to ensure campaigns launch successfully, perform effectively, and scale over time. You will own the operational planning, launch readiness, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of our customer journey campaigns. You'll establish the processes, operating rhythms, and performance reporting that enable CarePath to launch increasingly sophisticated partner programs. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining project management, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable growth.

About CarePath:

CarePath is building the infrastructure that connects veterinary clinics, pet owners, and industry partners through seamless point-of-sale integrations and data-driven engagement. Our platform integrates with 26+ Practice Management Information Systems (PIMS) to help thousands of veterinary clinics deliver better client experiences while enabling partners to drive measurable impact across the pet care ecosystem. We are at an exciting stage of growth—scaling a new product line, expanding clinic adoption, and building the technology and operating model to support the next phase of the business. We are looking for builders who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and creating solutions that directly impact veterinary practices and pet owners.

Apply if you’re excited to:
  • Build, maintain, and drive execution against comprehensive campaign project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables stay on track

  • Own campaign launch readiness by developing and managing launch checklists, coordinating cross-functional testing, and ensuring QA sign-off prior to every go-live

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and external partners to remove blockers and ensure successful campaign execution

  • Define and maintain campaign governance, including suppression rules, audience management, and operational standards as multiple customer journeys run simultaneously

  • Establish recurring performance reporting that provides visibility into campaign health, including sends, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and other key engagement metrics

  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to CarePath leadership and strategic partners, helping inform future marketing investments

  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision making

  • Develop scalable processes, documentation, and operating cadences that enable future product launches and lifecycle marketing programs

  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams while maintaining momentum toward launch commitments and business objectives

About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related roles within SaaS, healthcare technology, or other technology-driven organizations

  • Experience working with veterinary technology, healthcare technology, Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS), or customer engagement platforms

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities

  • Experience building operational processes that improve campaign execution and organizational efficiency

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and translating insights into action

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with executive leaders and external partners

  • Ability to influence without direct authority while driving accountability across multiple teams

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Benefits & Perks:
  • Medical coverage for employees and dependents (80-90% covered by employer)

  • Employer HSA contribution with HDHP

  • 401(k) match up to 3.5%

  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Dental & Vision coverage available

  • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance

  • Short and Long Term Disability

  • Flexible Time Off & 12 Paid Annual Holidays

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Pawternity Leave, Financial Pet Adoption Support & Subsidized Pet Insurance

  • $250 Annual Stipend for Learning and Development

We believe great work should be recognized and rewarded. Our compensation is grounded in industry data and designed to be competitive, transparent, and performance-driven. Rather than relying on automatic annual increases, we invest in the people making the biggest impact—creating meaningful opportunities for growth as you grow with us.

PetDesk combines the industry's most user-friendly client engagement tools with the highest-rated pet parent app to simplify your veterinary clinic’s operations while strengthening client relationships.

Our recruiting process is rooted in “Who: The A Method of Hiring” and consists of an average 2-week hiring timeline. This standardized interview process allows candidates to answer the same questions, experience the same process, and ensure a fair performance review from multiple perspectives.

Please, no external recruiters—candidate profiles submitted from external recruiting agencies will not be considered.
