Program Manager (PM) - Children's Residential Program
Randolph, MA
Full-Time
Support. Empower. Transform.
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 5-21) with Autism and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. As a Program Manager (PM) in our residential program, you'll provide strong and reliable leadership to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.
What You'll Do
• Through strong and reliable leadership, provide training and monitoring to residential staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans and IEPs as well as completion of necessary documentation.
Oversee daily group home operations such as budget management, staffing, adherence to weekly schedule, coordination of community outings, grocery shopping, and more.
Ensure that QI/QA procedures are adhered to, working directly in ratio with students, and maintain environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment.
Attend and participate in clinical meetings, PM meetings, and run monthly house staff meetings and develop meeting agendas.
• Participate in PM on-call rotation covering with the assistant manager on-call through a rotating schedule
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
2+ years experience supporting children or individuals with special needs required.
Previous supervisory experience required as well as with implementing crisis intervention procedures.
• The capacity to provide strong supervisory and leadership skills while supporting and guiding your team with empathy, patience, and respect.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Experience in Human Services and with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a plus.
