Job Summary:
A Product Manager owns well-defined feature work inside a product area and help convert customer and business needs into shipped outcomes. This role partners with engineering, design, Quality Assurance, implementation, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver quality features for participant and administrator experiences across Businessolver offerings. The Product Manager I learns Businessolver's product domains, seasonal operating constraints, and product management mechanisms while building strong execution fundamentals.
The Gig:
  • Own defined features or workflows from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up.
  • Write clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and release notes.
  • Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options, edge cases, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, support signals, implementation feedback, and operational data to refine priorities.
  • Prepare launch readiness plans, including support needs, internal communications, training, and risk tracking.
  • Monitor adoption, quality, and operational outcomes after launch and drive follow-up improvements.
  • Maintain roadmap and backlog hygiene for assigned work and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
  • Build working knowledge of Businessolver's benefits administration domain, client delivery model, and compliance constraints.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

What you need to make the cut:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or an adjacent role such as business analysis, operations, implementation, UX, engineering, client services, or product ownership, or demonstrated readiness to own defined product features with guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product artifacts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and follow through on commitments.
  • Comfort using customer feedback, metrics, and operational inputs to make local trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows.
  • Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research, analysis, synthesis, drafting, prioritization, and product artifact development while following Businessolver data handling and governance expectations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, HR technology, benefits administration, healthcare-adjacent technology, or other regulated domains.
  • Experience supporting participant or administrator workflows, client implementations, or service operations.
  • Experience with common product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics tools, or design

The pay range for this position is 82K to 123K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
This role is eligible to participate in the quarterly bonus incentive plan.
