We are actively hiring for an Insurance Product Analyst IV, Product Intelligence!

Your Role:

As an Insurance Product Analyst IV, you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth and shaping the future of our personal lines insurance products and digital experiences. As a trusted thought partner to CSAA's Digital Experience team, you'll combine deep personal insurance knowledge with digital analytics and strategic problem solving to deliver insights, influence decisions, and improve customer and business outcomes.

Your Work:

  • Act as a thought partner to product managers and experience leaders, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize digital experiences through experimentation, behavioral analytics, and data-driven decision making.

  • Performs moderately complex analysis to develop actionable and innovative recommendations that support growth and profitability targets.

  • Understands, monitors and communicates overall performance, trends and strategic insights of digital products that support personal lines auto and property products.

  • Proactively assesses market risks and opportunities, evaluating multiple possible solutions, and using data-based insights to influence the decisions of executive leadership.

  • Uses analytical tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, Essbase, Snowflake and PowerBI to access and analyze large amounts of data.

  • Supports the development of business-cases for new initiatives by synthesizing data, modeling scenarios, and evaluating financial impacts.

  • Applies AI tools and techniques to increase analytical efficiency, automate routine work, and develop scalable solutions that extend the impact of analytics beyond reporting and into proactive business decision support.

  • Prepares and delivers clear, compelling presentations and reports tailored to diverse audiences, including leadership, regional partners, and external team members.

  • Finds opportunities to streamline processes and improve analytical efficiency through automation, enhanced tools, or data governance improvements.

  • Works cross-functionally across the organization, including with Actuarial, Finance, State Product Management, Operations and others, to support the development, design, and implementation of new products, programs, and processes.

  • This role may require occasional travel (<10%) to meet with internal teams or cross-functional team members.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries required; experience across multiple functions is preferred.

  • Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses.

  • Adaptability and the capability of multitasking and strong time management.

  • Ability to make effective formal presentations.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Business Intelligence/Data Visualization Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.) required; experience in Snowflake, Python, or R strongly preferred.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required.

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.

  • Strong business-acumen and understanding of personal line insurance products, with the ability to connect data insights to strategic objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The national average salary range for this position is $110,700.00-$123,000.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $110,700.00-$147,500.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.This job posting will be unposted on Sat, 19 Sep 2026.
