Premier Acceptance, a Tom Wood company, is looking to add a Loan Processor/Funder to our team! Premier is a leading automotive financial lender working with a large number of franchise and independent dealers throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Our team is committed to delivering top-notch customer care throughout the loan and funding process.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and prepare auto loan packages for funding
  • Operate and update loan origination and funding systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Collect required documentation and outstanding items needed to complete loan packages
  • Request verification, additional documents, and other required items as needed
  • Communicate effectively with dealers and internal branch team members regarding loan status
  • Maintain and prioritize a loan pipeline to ensure timely and accurate funding
  • Provide dealers and customers with timely updates on the status of their loans
  • Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and properly documented prior to funding
  • Maintain data quality by updating and auditing files in the origination system
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with dealerships
  • Assist the funding, underwriting, and sales departments as needed
  • Conduct outbound calls to dealers or customers when necessary
  • Understand and follow all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
