Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Specialist opportunities in Plano, TX. Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

·       Perform day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of payment and operational issues within the Syndicated and Corporate Lending business.

·       Support and administer operational procedures, exception processing, and routine analytical activities.

·       Create, maintain, and distribute reports to support business operations and decision-making.

·       Coordinate the implementation of products, services, and operational solutions while ensuring process accuracy.

·       Provide guidance to team members on procedural, technical, and operational changes, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.

·       Proven ability to work independently, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues promptly.

·       Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $23.44 per hour
