Job Overview
The Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for daily property operations, including housekeeping, inspections, maintenance, and after-hours support. This role coordinates repairs, manages inventory and vendor relationships, and ensures properties meet safety, cleanliness, and guest-ready standards. They work closely with the Business Development and New Listing teams to support new property onboarding, owner communications, and scheduling of property updates. Strong organization, communication, and tech skills are essential for managing tasks efficiently and maintaining high service standards.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters across assigned properties.
- Manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate routine inspections to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee necessary repairs.
- Operate automation tools and follow established protocols to streamline processes.
- Support the Business Development team in acquiring and onboarding new properties.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to address urgent issues.
- Utilize property management software and other tech tools with proficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of management experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends, on-call shifts, and holidays in the office, as required.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment.
- Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
