We are seeking an energetic, service-driven professional to join our Front Office leadership team. This role is ideal for an emerging leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic hotel environment.
The Assistant Operations Manager - Front Office primarily supports the Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient team performance. There may be times where this individual steps in to assist in the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments. This role assists with staff supervision, scheduling, training, and service delivery while maintaining Hyatt's high standards of hospitality. This role does require open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support daily Front Office operations and colleague performance
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
• Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of team members
• Process payroll and support accurate timekeeping practices
• Provide personalized service and support for VIP guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction goals and service standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Promote and enforce safety standards and operational procedures
