Overview:

Chick-fil-A Operations Managers are the heart and soul of day-to-day leaders at our store. At Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue, the Operations Manager role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. We are seeking full-time candidates who have excellent people skills and a sense of urgency to lead the business and people. In addition to daily operational duties, each of our Operations Managers takes on specific projects or programs that they oversee and develop in support of our team as a whole. Our Operations Managers serve as the leader on duty and run most store shifts. Please note that this is a full time position and only those with an open availability will be considered.

How You'll Make a Difference:

  • Greet guests quickly while demonstrating the Core 4 (Create Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak with a Friendly Tone, Always say "My Pleasure")
  • Oversee cash handling procedures for store, ensuring both compliance and best practices are upheld
  • Serve as Leader on Duty (LOD)
  • Keep the store in like-new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure a balanced profit approach through an intentional focus on labor, food costs, and IPO
  • Maintain 82% or above in key Operational Excellence Customer Service Monitor (CEM) categories
  • Coach and develop Team Member and Team Leaders
  • Build talent pipeline within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
  • Provide positive and negative performance feedback
  • Build team culture and morale

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong business acumen and proven leadership skills and ability
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis
  • Ability to set goals and motivate a team toward achieving those goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and varying hot/cold conditions
  • Ability to work both opening and closing shifts
  • Proven ability to drive an area of business and achieve significant results with minimal supervision
  • Desire to grow and be developed as an individual, as well as the desire to develop others of all ages and skill levels
  • Must have open availability to work store hours and work at least 40hr per week to meet store operational needs
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs
