What You'll Be Responsible For

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial plumbing business while leading both field and office personnel.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing technicians, dispatchers, and office staff.

  • Driving operational performance, efficiency, and profitability.

  • Monitoring KPIs, revenue, gross margin, and production goals.

  • Managing scheduling, dispatch, workflow, and job completion.

  • Ensuring an outstanding customer experience on every job.

  • Reviewing completed work for quality, safety, and code compliance.

  • Resolving escalated customer concerns professionally.

  • Managing budgets and understanding P&L performance.

  • Improving operational processes, training programs, and team accountability.

  • Working closely with company leadership to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of plumbing experience

  • 5+ years leading service, operations, or field teams

  • Current Journeyman Plumber or Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) License

  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing operations

  • Experience managing technicians, dispatch, scheduling, and customer service teams

  • Knowledge of budgeting, KPIs, forecasting, and operational performance

  • Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to motivate teams while holding them accountable to high standards
