Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations for our HVAC Service & Installation departments
  • Manage and develop field technicians, installers, and supervisors
  • Oversee scheduling, workload forecasting, staffing, and installation coordination
  • Drive customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Monitor key performance and productivity metrics
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, equipment ordering, and ductwork fabrication
  • Ensure safe and efficient job-site operations
  • Partner with Field Service Support to improve technician performance and efficiency
  • Assist with performance reviews and operational reporting
  • Work closely with the President/General Manager on strategy and company initiatives

Job Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of leadership/management experience preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • HVAC or plumbing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing service and/or installation teams highly desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus

The starting hourly base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
