  • Examine and process highly complex new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations using various systems
  • Enter or load complex data into appropriate systems
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Generate and distribute policy documents, certificates of insurance, and related materials
  • Organize, prepare, and update comprehensive reports
  • Determine and adjust billing status as needed
  • Address premium and billing inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Potentially oversee and coach staff and participate in talent selection, development, and performance management decisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance operations or customer service
  • Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional designation preferred, such as Property/Casualty Insurance license
