What You’ll Do
• Lead and supervise residential electrical crews on residential, HOA Contracts and remodel projects
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems with precision and safety
• Communicate clearly with Technicians, homeowners, and inspectors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen to support their growth

What We’re Looking For

• Residential electrical experience; foreman or lead experience preferred
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and residential electrical systems
• Ability to manage crews, solve problems on the fly, and keep projects moving
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in various site conditions
What You Get
Full-time work — 40 hrs/week, steady work.
Great pay — $40/hr (~$83k base) + commission.
Sign-on bonus — $1000 bonus after 45 days.
Great hours — Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Paid overtime at standard CA rates.
Paid Time Off — 10 days of flexible PTO + 6 major paid holidays (accrual begins immediately; available to use after 90 days).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is prefered.
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager is must and experience with applications like ServiceTitan is prefered
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Ability to analyze financial data 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Electrical Service industry is must.
