The role:

The Operations Manager hastwo main purposes day-to-day: ensuring the seamless operation of the venue, andoverseeing all activities related to service and entertainment. With anoverriding focus on team and guest experience, the Operations Manager balances operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance and adeveloping display of emotional intelligence.

Our perfectcandidate has:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience ina management role within high volume, quality cocktail bar/venue
  • TIPS alcohol certification
  • Food handling certification
  • Excellent communication atall levels
  • Strong leadershipability
  • Strong financial acumen
  • The ability to manage underpressure and make decisions in real time
  • The experience to operate ata high level under the direction of the management team
  • The ability to managemultiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously
  • Personal maturity to dealwith confidential information and/or issues with discretion and soundjudgment
  • The capability to meet thephysical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing,or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, andholidays
