Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the Agency exceeds new business and retention goals for both P&C lines and Life policies sold and production credit.
  • Manage 100% of the day-to-day operations of the Agency with support from the Agency Owner. .
  • Recruit and train sales and service Agents to join the Agency family.
  • To reiterate, this is a very high-level position encompassing broad responsibilities. The Agency Owner will guide you through your development and ensure that you have every tool and resource available to be very successful.

Requirements
  • Must have and maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) AND Life and Health (L&H) licenses. All license expenses including renewal fees and continuing education are incurred by the team member.
  • Preferred bilingual (Spanish) but not required.
