Marketing & Proposal Coordinator
Location: Centennial, CO
Pay: $25–$35/hour
Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator manages the proposal process from receipt to submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and professionally branded proposals. This role supports business development efforts through proposal coordination, content development, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage proposals from kickoff through final submission
Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
Edit and format proposal content for clarity, consistency, and quality
Ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements
Coordinate resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials
Manage final production and electronic submissions
Support presentations, interviews, and business development efforts
Track proposal metrics and maintain proposal resources
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or business development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly is a plus
