We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, identify insurance needs, & provide coverage solutions for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Review client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
  • Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, renewals, and policy updates
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to drive new business
  • Assist clients with coverage questions and policy changes
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records
  • Work toward individual and team sales and retention goals
  • Deliver responsive, professional customer service
  • Ability and willingness to actively sell life insurance policies is required
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to confidently discuss products and identify sales opportunities
  • Excellent follow-up and customer service skills
  • Previous insurance, sales, or account management experience preferred
