• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health conditions and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse adult client population facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various behavioral disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in therapeutic interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a caseload effectively.
• No prior disciplinary actions on board that would impede eligibility.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly regarded, although not mandatory.
