De entiteit Compliance, AML & Data Protection Life Insurance maakt deel uit van de afdeling Business Development Life, die verantwoordelijk is voor alle businessactiviteiten en voor de ontwikkeling van de levensverzekeringsmarkt voor alle distributiekanalen. Zij is verantwoordelijk voor alle producten en diensten waarvoor de directie Bank Channel and Life Insurance Development verantwoordelijk is:

  • de Compliance-aanpak in het algemeen
  • het beleid voor de bestrijding van het witwassen van geld en de financiering van terrorisme (AML/CFT)
  • het gegevensbeschermingsbeleid (AVG)

De entiteit fungeert voor dezelfde producten en diensten als het gedecentraliseerde contactpunt 'Compliance' LIFE Insurance voor de dienst Compliance Office.

Om ons team van ervaren juristen te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een oplossingsgerichte AML-expert die in staat is om zelfstandig te werken in een veeleisende omgeving: Als AML-expert speel je een sleutelrol bij de integratie van de AML/CFT-regelgeving binnen de business Life. Jouw takenpakket

  • Je volgt en analyseert de ontwikkelingen in de AML/CFT-regelgeving en beoordeelt de concrete impact ervan op de activiteiten Life.
  • Je adviseert het management en de operationele teams over AML-kwesties en reikt daarbij pragmatische oplossingen aan die zijn afgestemd op de business.
  • Je behandelt complexe of gevoelige dossiers, waarbij je goed onderbouwde AML-standpunten inneemt en verdedigt.
  • Je werkt mee aan het AML-controlekader, onder meer door bij te dragen aan eerstelijnsactiviteiten (KYC, due diligence, monitoring, enz.).
  • Je draagt bij aan de trimestriële compliancerapportering door AML-risico’s te identificeren, te analyseren en op te volgen tot ze doeltreffend zijn aangepakt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende stakeholders (AMLCO, operationele teams) om te zorgen voor een consistent beheer van AML-risico’s.
Herken je jezelf hierin?
  • Je hebt gedegen AML/CFT-ervaring bij een financiële instelling.
  • Je hebt een sterke analytische geest en weet AML-risico’s correct in te schatten en te beoordelen.
  • Je bent in staat om pragmatische en evenwichtige oplossingen voor te stellen.
  • Je werkt autonoom, gaat nauwgezet te werk en weet de juiste prioriteiten te leggen.
  • Je staat bekend om je integriteit, je scherpe kritische blik en je vermogen om je standpunten overtuigend te verdedigen.
  • Ervaring met AML-controles in de eerste of tweede lijn vormt een belangrijke troef.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar bent tegelijkertijd in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je bent tweetalig (NL/FR) of Franstalig en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in de rechten (of een gelijkwaardige relevante opleiding).
