Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business from the provided insurance leads.
  • Prepare, quote, and close all prospective leads.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Service existing policies and maintain regular contact with customers to build retention.
  • Collaborate with a team of sales professionals.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience (3 years).
  • Must have your Property & Casualty License.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a fast learner.
  • Goal-oriented and reliable.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and stay organized.
  • Experience working for Allstate is a plus.
  • Experience using Ricochet360 is a plus.
