Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering personalized insurance solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, follow-ups, and closing
  • Learn to build, grow, and manage a book of business
  • Gain hands-on experience in daily agency operations, including sales, service, and marketing
  • Assist with and execute marketing and client acquisition strategies
  • Track performance metrics and set goals to drive business growth
  • Shadow and learn from experienced agency owners to understand leadership and decision-making
  • Develop leadership skills by contributing to team growth and collaboration
  • Prepare to transition into independently operating and scaling your own agency within program guidelines

Requirements

Experience: Several years of experience in the insurance industry, often in sales or management roles is recommended. Experience owning or managing a business is a plus. If you have no insurance experience, it's ok, we can train you!

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing: Required insurance licenses (state-specific) for the products sold (e.g., life, property, casualty).

Skills: Leadership and team management

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Financial management and budgeting expertise

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements

Analytical and strategic thinking
