Common responsibilities include assisting with claims processing, conducting research on policies and regulations, supporting customer service teams, and analyzing risk assessments. You may also have opportunities to work with experienced underwriters or agents, attend team meetings, and contribute to ongoing projects. This hands-on experience is designed to help you understand different aspects of the insurance business and develop valuable industry skills.
